CV / Teacher - Next Generation School

Formed a "chamber band" of woodwind and brass students ages 10-13 at a new private school. Arranged all of the course materials including performance music and etudes. Created a curriculum that included ensemble performance skills, individual performance skills, listening skills, improvisation, artistic decision-making and knowledge of various musical styles and repertoire. Students performed first concert on August 1, 2009 at the University of Illinois Music Building Auditorium.
